FanCompass Extends Partnership with Diamond Baseball Holdings

FanCompass extends its partnership with Diamond Baseball Holdings to strengthen digital fan engagement, loyalty, and data-driven experiences across professional baseball clubs.

FanCompass has announced a three-year renewal and extension of its partnership with Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) to expand digital fan engagement experiences across its roster of professional baseball clubs.

Diamond Baseball Holdings owns and operates professional baseball teams across North America and works with FanCompass to strengthen fan engagement, loyalty, and digital interaction strategies.

As part of the renewed agreement, FanCompass will continue deploying its FC CORE platform to help clubs create more consistent and engaging digital experiences for fans.

According to the companies, the partnership is designed to support fan-first experiences while improving audience participation, community engagement, and sponsor activation opportunities.

Since the partnership began, FanCompass and DBH have collaborated on engagement strategies designed to strengthen fan loyalty and create more meaningful digital interactions between clubs and local communities.

According to the companies, the FC CORE platform enables organisations to collect and activate first-party fan data to improve digital engagement, marketing performance, and personalised fan experiences.

The partnership also supports more targeted sponsor activations by aligning brand campaigns with fan interests and engagement behaviour.
