ChurnZero Launches Agentic AI for Customer Success

ChurnZero has launched Agentic Essentials, an AI-powered customer success platform that combines automation, business context, and customer intelligence in a single system.

ChurnZero, an AI-powered customer growth and customer success platform, has launched Agentic Essentials. This new subscription combines AI agents, business intelligence, and customer data access into a single system designed for customer success teams.

The offering includes more than 15 purpose-built AI agents that can automate tasks, personalise customer interactions, and support customer teams at scale. ChurnZero said the platform is designed to help organisations move beyond generic AI by embedding company-specific business context into every interaction.

The launch reflects a growing shift towards agentic AI systems that combine automation with contextual intelligence to improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Bringing Context to Customer Success AI

A key differentiator of Agentic Essentials is its focus on business context. The platform integrates with tools such as Confluence, Zendesk Guide, SharePoint, Intercom, and Notion, allowing AI agents to access company knowledge and generate responses grounded in existing processes and documentation.

“Agentic Essentials gives our customers a true competitive advantage: AI that runs on deep context about who they are, how they operate, how they define success and where their commercial lines are drawn. AI without context is a confident guess, and our customers don’t run their businesses on guesses. Now their AI doesn’t either,” said Abby Hammer, Chief Customer and Product Officer, ChurnZero.

The new Customer Intelligence Profile further enables organisations to define business rules, success metrics, and operational workflows that AI agents can reference in real time.

Extending Customer Intelligence Across Teams

ChurnZero has also introduced ChurnZero Connect, based on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which enables governed access to customer data through AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT.

The company said the capability allows employees to query customer information using natural language while maintaining data guardrails and business-specific definitions.

Agentic Essentials is available for ChurnZero Professional and Enterprise customers through an annual subscription model that includes a flat fee and usage credits, offering greater predictability for AI costs.
