Yours Clothing, a fashion retailer, has introduced an e-gift card refund option for online returns, giving customers greater flexibility while rewarding loyalty members with bonus points. The launch forms part of a wider customer experience investment by AK Retail Group, which is rolling out the feature across its portfolio of fashion brands, including Long Tall Sally, BadRhino, M&Co, Evans and PixieGirl.
The new returns option allows online shoppers to receive refunds as e-gift cards. Members of the retailer’s Rewards Club can also earn bonus loyalty points when selecting the digital refund option, adding further value to the returns process.
According to the company, the enhancement reflects its continued focus on improving every stage of the customer journey. Alongside earning points on purchases and accessing exclusive member offers, Rewards Club members can now unlock additional benefits by choosing an e-gift card refund.

The digital returns feature follows a series of online improvements introduced to make shopping simpler, more convenient and more rewarding across the group’s brands.
Alongside its ecommerce investments, Yours Clothing has also upgraded its physical stores by replacing traditional backlit window posterboards with 65-inch and 75-inch high-brightness digital display screens.
The latest initiative is part of AK Retail Group’s broader investment in improving the shopping experience across both digital and physical channels while offering customers greater flexibility and engagement throughout their retail journey.
