Costa Coffee Opens 24/7 Digital Store at Luton Airport

Costa Coffee has opened a new 24/7 store at London Luton Airport featuring touchscreen ordering and Click & Collect to deliver a faster, more convenient passenger experience.

Costa Coffee, a coffeehouse chain in the UK, has opened a new 24/7 store at London’s  Luton Airport featuring touchscreen ordering and Click & Collect through the Costa Club app. The new outlet is designed to provide passengers and airport staff with faster, more convenient access to food and beverages at one of the UK’s busiest airports.

Located within the airport’s departures area, the store represents an investment of more than £750,000 and forms part of Costa Coffee’s strategy to enhance the customer journey through digital ordering and round-the-clock service. The retailer said the combination of self-service technology and mobile ordering helps customers purchase refreshments more efficiently before their flights.

London Luton Airport said the addition of Costa Coffee expands the range of food and beverage options available to travellers while supporting its focus on improving the overall passenger experience. The airport now offers more than 40 retail and dining outlets, giving customers greater choice before departure.
