ASAPP Launches AI Agents to Advance Enterprise Customer Service

ASAPP expands its CX platform with AI agents to enable consistent, scalable, and intelligent customer service operations across enterprise environments.

ASAPP has announced the launch of a system of purpose-built AI agents within its Customer Experience Platform (CXP) to run customer service end-to-end.

The expansion advances CXP’s capabilities by introducing natively integrated agents that simplify agent building, enable continuous self-learning, and surface actionable insights.

As AI agents take on a greater share of customer interactions, enterprises face challenges in managing AI consistently in production, coordinating workflows, ensuring policy execution, and maintaining visibility into outcomes.

ASAPP’s CXP is designed to address these challenges by orchestrating AI, human expertise, and enterprise systems into a unified platform.

CXP Agents and Capabilities

CXP consists of five agents, each addressing a distinct layer of customer service:

  • Discovery Agent: Understands the intent behind every interaction and identifies automation opportunities
  • Developer Agent: Builds generative agents using natural language instructions
  • Simulation Agent: Tests agent behaviour against real-world scenarios before deployment
  • Insights Agent: Surfaces operational gaps and customer needs through unified data analysis
  • Optimisation Agent: Continuously improves workflows to ensure consistent outcomes at scale

Together, these agents enable autonomous resolution while maintaining governance, accountability, and performance visibility across enterprise operations. ASAPP deployments have demonstrated faster AI deployment timelines, improved task consistency, higher first contact resolution, and reduced operational errors.
