Dairy Queen Taps Voice AI to Automate Drive-Thrus

American Dairy Queen expands its partnership with Presto, rolling out voice AI technology to select franchisees following a successful pilot at corporate stores.

American Dairy Queen Corporation has partnered with Presto on voice AI technology, initially focusing on drive-thru operations, following early test results from corporate stores.

The company is now expanding the pilot to select franchise locations across the United States.
