The Fresh Market Debuts TFM Rewards and Redesigned App

The Fresh Market relaunches TFM Rewards and a new app to deliver more value, personalised offers, and a more connected shopping experience.

The Fresh Market has introduced two digital updates, launching a revamped loyalty programme and a redesigned mobile app as part of its digital experience strategy.

The company is relaunching its loyalty programme as TFM Rewards, with a focus on delivering more value, personalisation, and convenience for customers.

These updates reflect the next phase of the brand’s approach to customer service, with expanded benefits including:

  • Savings and rewards across more in-store purchases
  • Member-only in-store events
  • 5% savings on curbside orders
  • Enhanced birthday rewards
  • More personalised offers based on shopping preferences

Customers can access TFM Rewards through the company’s mobile app and website.

According to Chief Marketing Officer Emily Turner, the updates were designed to better align with customer expectations across both digital and in-store experiences.

“We are always challenging ourselves to do more for our guests,” Turner said. “TFM Rewards was redesigned to provide more value, more personalisation and more engagement, making it easier to shop at The Fresh Market. With the new app, both members and guests have easier access to deals, offers and content.”

TFM Rewards introduces more tailored experiences based on how customers prefer to shop, while the redesigned app serves as a central hub for digital interactions.

The app includes simplified navigation, expanded savings, curated meal inspiration, and direct access to loyalty benefits.

Turner noted that the updates build on the brand’s in-store experience.

“Everything we do begins with our guests and our promise to make everyday eating extraordinary,” Turner said. “These digital enhancements reflect that promise, helping us serve, support and celebrate our guests in new and thoughtful ways.”

The new features extend the company’s in-store experience into a more connected and personalised digital journey.
