Quiq Launches Verified Intelligence for Enterprise CX

Quiq has launched Verified Intelligence, a new control layer that helps enterprises deploy agentic AI with greater transparency, governance and confidence while protecting customer experiences.

Quiq, a provider of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customer experience, has introduced Verified Intelligence, a new set of capabilities designed to help brands deploy and manage AI agents with greater control. The launch combines governance, testing and transparency features that enable organisations to adopt agentic AI while protecting customer experiences and brand reputation.

According to Quiq, Verified Intelligence is built around three capabilities: guardrails that help validate AI responses before they reach customers, simulations that test AI behaviour before deployment, and visibility tools that provide a complete audit trail of every AI decision. Together, these features are intended to help enterprises reduce risk while scaling AI-powered customer interactions.

Before customer responses are delivered, Quiq’s Verify Claim capability cross-references AI-generated answers to improve accuracy, while Process Guides allow organisations to embed brand standards and business policies directly into AI workflows without requiring code. The company said these controls help ensure customer interactions remain aligned with organisational requirements.

To validate AI performance before launch, the platform enables organisations to simulate hundreds of realistic multi-turn customer conversations rather than relying on individual scripted tests. Teams can define expected outcomes, identify policy failures and address edge cases before AI agents interact with customers in production.

Verified Intelligence also provides complete visibility into every AI decision by displaying the reasoning behind each interaction in sequence.
