Wunderkind and Bloomreach Launch Integration for Real-Time Personalisation

Wunderkind and Bloomreach enable brands to recognise more shoppers, personalise journeys in real time, and improve conversion through integrated identity and behavioural data.

Wunderkind has announced a native integration with Bloomreach designed to help brands identify more website visitors and activate them within existing customer journeys.

By integrating the Wunderkind Autonomous Marketing Platform directly with Bloomreach’s Loomi AI platform, organisations can recognise more shoppers, trigger campaigns in real time, and drive incremental revenue without changing existing workflows.

Many ecommerce brands struggle to recognise a large portion of site traffic, limiting the reach and performance of customer engagement campaigns.

Wunderkind addresses this by combining first-party customer data with a proprietary identity network that recognises more than 9 billion devices, over one billion consumer profiles, and trillions of digital events annually.

According to the company, the integration enables Bloomreach users to act immediately on behavioural events and connect customer activity across sessions and devices.

Through the integration, Wunderkind’s identity and behavioural data flows directly into Loomi AI. High-intent actions such as product views, cart additions, and purchases are sent in real time to trigger journeys including cart recovery, browse follow-ups, and catalogue alerts.

Loomi AI continues to manage orchestration, messaging, consent, and reporting, while Wunderkind expands the pool of identifiable and addressable users.

Key Capabilities

  • Recognise 3–6x more site visitors and activate them within existing journeys.
  • Use behavioural and product data to improve messaging relevance and conversion rates.
  • Align communications with subscription, consent, and unsubscribe logic for compliant engagement.
  • Measure incremental revenue and engagement lift from increased visitor identification.

According to Wunderkind, early deployments with Bloomreach customers have already shown measurable results, including a threefold increase in triggered email revenue for one household brand.

“Our customers don’t want more tools — they want the tools they already use to perform better. By bringing Wunderkind’s capabilities directly into Bloomreach, we’re helping brands recognise more shoppers, act on events, and drive more revenue through the journeys they already manage. It’s a straightforward way to get more value from the stack they’ve already invested in,” said Bill Ingram, Chief Executive Officer, Wunderkind.
