Fresh Thyme Expands Loyalty Programme with Rewards Points

Fresh Thyme enhances customer experience with a points-based loyalty system that offers flexible savings, personalised rewards, and greater value for shoppers.

Fresh Thyme has announced the addition of MyThyme Rewards Points to its loyalty programme, introducing a new way for customers to earn and redeem savings.

Designed for cost-conscious shoppers, the points system lets customers earn 10 points per dollar spent, with no cap on earnings.

Existing members are automatically enrolled in the new system, while new customers can earn 10,000 bonus points when they sign up and spend $50.

Points can be redeemed through the Fresh Thyme app, with options such as 5,000 points equalling a $5 coupon, providing a simple and flexible way to save on future purchases.

Customers can choose when and how to redeem their rewards, with redemption options available in increments of $5, $10, $15, or $20.

The programme also allows rewards to be combined with weekly promotions and digital coupons, helping customers maximise value on every shopping trip.

“We know our customers are being more intentional about how they shop for groceries, and they shouldn’t have to choose between value and quality. This program is designed to meet them where they are, helping them save on their everyday groceries while still delivering the fresh foods, experience and sense of community they expect from us,” said Liz Zolcak, President, Fresh Thyme Market.

The addition of Rewards Points builds on the existing MyThyme loyalty programme, which already includes benefits such as digital coupons, birthday rewards, member events, and access to Fresh Thyme Pickup for convenient curbside service.

Members also gain access to exclusive deals, early access to weekly promotions, and additional savings opportunities designed to enhance the shopping experience.

Looking ahead, Fresh Thyme plans to expand the programme with more personalised features, including tailored offers based on lifestyle and dietary preferences, enhanced digital savings, and member-exclusive content.
