Ahold Delhaize USA improves personalisation and value for customers with new partnership.
Ahold Delhaize USA has announced new partnerships with Inmar Intelligence, relating to digital coupons. The partnerships aim to improve personalisation and value for omnichannel shoppers at Ahold Delhaize USA’s five local brands: Food Lion, Giant Food, The GIANT Company, Hannaford and Stop & Shop.
The partnerships will provide Ahold Delhaize USA’s brands with access to increased capacity for offers as well as new offer types driven by a streamlined and efficient offer management system and promotion engine.
This is all supported by category insights to inform smarter promotional strategies. Not only that, but the partnerships also aim to improve efficiency and provide an even better customer experience through more relevant savings as well, including exclusive, digital-only offers for local brand loyalty app users.

Some of the personalised communications will include providing local brand shoppers with targeted notifications about expiring coupons, relevant savings, or new deals tailored to their preferences.
The partnerships will also help the local brands deliver seamless omnichannel experiences. Local brand shoppers will be able to enjoy synchronised savings in-store and via ecommerce platforms, reinforcing brand loyalty by meeting customers where they are.
