Tillo Partners with Jat Link for Youth Loyalty Platform

Tillo partners with Jat Link to power JatPoint, a digital-first loyalty platform offering instant rewards and personalised experiences for younger consumers.

Tillo has announced a partnership with Jat Link to support the launch and expansion of JatPoint, a loyalty platform designed specifically for younger digital-native consumers.

Through Tillo’s global gift card API, JatPoint users can instantly redeem loyalty points for digital rewards from more than 2,000 global brands spanning fashion, gaming, travel, food, entertainment, and everyday spending.

According to the companies, the partnership is designed to deliver a mobile-first loyalty experience focused on instant rewards, flexibility, and seamless digital redemption.

By integrating with Tillo’s reward infrastructure, JatPoint can rapidly scale its rewards ecosystem while giving users access to a broad range of global brands through a simplified digital experience.

The collaboration combines Jat Link’s youth-focused engagement strategy with Tillo’s API-driven rewards platform to deliver more personalised, accessible loyalty experiences.

“JatPoint is the first loyalty program built specifically for the young generation. Partnering with Tillo allows us to meet our users’ demands for instant value and global flexibility, delivering a reward experience that finally matches their digital lifestyle,” said Vian Lau, Founder, Jat Link Limited.

Meeting Changing Loyalty Expectations

According to the companies, younger consumers increasingly expect loyalty experiences to be immediate, flexible, and personalised rather than built around traditional points systems and delayed redemption processes.

The platform is designed to support digital-first customer engagement through instant reward delivery and access to globally recognised brands across multiple categories.

“At Tillo, we believe rewards should feel relevant, instant, and engaging. JatPoint is rethinking loyalty for a new generation of consumers, and we’re excited to help power a reward experience that reflects how young people want to interact with brands today,” said Alex Preece, Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Tillo.

Expanding Digital Rewards Infrastructure

Tillo’s platform enables organisations to connect with global brands through a single API integration supporting loyalty, incentives, cashback, employee engagement, and customer acquisition programmes.

According to the company, the platform currently supports more than 4,000 brands across 40 countries and 25 currencies.

The partnership reflects broader industry demand for digital-first loyalty ecosystems that combine personalisation, flexibility, and real-time engagement across customer experiences.
